Ed Reliuga Again, I’m astonished. Breath-taking. A litany of superlatives could follow.
You have managed to capture the visual and the emotions here. AND, I can hear the water, the breeze….rustling through the brush….
Everything is so alive….moving.
An image ‘not’ frozen in time.
- Micheal Zarowsky Watercolours / Acrylics and it was only -29C with all the sounds n crunches that happen then…
Ed Reliuga In case I wasn’t quite clear:
That is truly wonderful, Michael. So abstract. So much going on. So detailed.
The more I simply look at it, the more I see….so many elements. In places, the water takes on a feel of a Japanese style.
I love the detail in the shoreline. The nearest water’s edge feels so alive. It moves.
The size astounds me. So large. My mind reels at the process of seeing so much…..and trying to keep it all in its place.
Again. Thanks for sharing this. Its beautiful. Made my night.
there were 2 others in this small series… one i painted over cause i needed the panel for something else, the 3rd, is still with us, although i don’t know for how long…..”whitewater stream awakening to the wilderness of a new morning, stream out of devils’ lake” 32″ x 54″ watercolour painted directly on gessoed panel
