January blues
The paintings are contemporary simply because they are my view of the world today. In spite of this, in spite of myself, my work has developed a recognizable style of its own. The strength of any painting of mine lies not in any textures, rather comes from inside me. It begins outside, is internalized, but in the end is the spirit of the work itself.
