Micheal Zarowsky sun goes down taking all the colour with it / drains the world of colour / come morning, new day, dawn, as the sun creeps up over the treeline, it slows adds colour back to the world; watching the sun paint the world all over, seeing blues emerge out of the blacks is, well, even though we have experienced this over and over again and again at this moment in time have no words for it save we feel a connectedness to the universe; it is like having the curtains pulled back on a new production called ‘today’ ………….(we scoot up north at 3 or 4 am to get where we want to be before the sunrise, arriving still in the dark, crash in the back of the truck till the sky starts to lighten and the go to work on what we are shown)
