Like a piece of genetic code, a single ‘r’ signifies the difference between still going round breathing and being underground…Orbit and Obit…..
showing new work in a few group exhibitions which basically do the same. Not in them so much for any possible sales, although that would be nice, so much as for letting the world know i am still above ground, orbiting the planet with new ideas and paintbrush in hand.

at the Spoke Club this Thursday, Nov 7th, 7pm onwards, where people can pick up a commissioned bike piece at the door n trade it among themselves until they come away with the piece they want. used to do that with all the halloween candy we brought in / exchange sugar highs until we ended up with the particular eye candy we preferred to gobble down; the evening also includes an auction and have a larger – winter work in that which is where the ‘possibility’ of a sale comes in. 600 King St W., Toronto

the above events were preceeded by a group show at John Libby’s Gallery on King St East, Toronto, Oct 19th to Nov 2nd, where i had 2 powerful landscapes only one of which was on view at any given moment. my work got a lot of interest, short of actually selling, which again brings me back to living in the universe of ceremonial possibilities……
