fast flowing, the oxtongue river above the falls curves away out of sight waiting for you to walk to where the river disappears around the bend, where you glimpse another sweeping curve before it disappears further ahead again… it is the views of the river going around the bend that we thought worthy of a study followed up by at least one painting if not several.
