dropped off my painting  “overnight snowfall, (beaumont dr)”   (in the city here,)  at the Ontario Society of Artists Members Exhibition from Sept 26th thru Oct 14th, 2023 at the Gallery in the  Neilson Park Creative Centre in Etobicoke.

curiously interesting,  this summer i have entered / accepted / shown at the neilson centre thru 5 juried societal shows one after another. some years i never get in even once, so maybe the work is getting better, maybe the jurists are finally noticing us,  maybe maybe maybe….

 in so far there is that there is a french chateau in the middle of the city,  it seems out of place,  misplaced, and yet very appealing…..i became aware of it in my wanderings down the treed ravine on the south side of the short street because of the magnolia growing out of the gate hut and it is mere minutes away any time i need a france fix.
