early autumn is where i find the reds but more oftenthan not by the time I become aware of fall having arrived  its been here for a while, so I wanted to work out how / what I would see if I was there at the beginning to see an explosion of colours burst red; calling this work ‘the birth of autumn’  it being a recognizable chaos, painted a loose realism bordering on abstraction to allow that it is a ever changing moment in time.
