Water.

The available paintings here are posted across ever expanding categories of interest; infinity rings, waterlilies, and (the beginning of) Rain and summer water dazzle works.

Infinite in the ways it appears. The current work here forms an ongoing visual language of  its own. “Familiar images yet a sweet abstraction, strong value changes, yet surprising angles and sizes” a friend wrote. It is my coming to know, through a study of detailed isolation of form, of the essence of ponds, streams,  rivers and lakes of the Ontario North. The paintings are also the expression of the distances to which I was able to lose myself, lose my edges, becoming one with the moment whenever it found me, while interacting / realizing the world around me.
