I know everyone is all set to go, just ready to make that leap from outgoing year to the incoming one; still think that there ought be a week or so inbetween – a week of no-week – where the world does nothing – no killings no wars no work no shopping no anything – just a week of laid back nothing – a week to try nothing – rev up the boredom to new creative levels – and all we need do is shorten the official working year to 355 days  –  then i think i would be more eager to just jump back into the rat race……
