Carousel painting in Watercolour Society Exhibition
My entry ‘Carousel, Arles’, was accepted into the Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour “Water Reflections” Juried Exhibition 2016
Exhibition runs March 2nd thru to the 30th, at the Etobicoke Civic Centre, 399 The West mall (at Burnhamthorpe)

Carousel Arles, 40″ x 26″ watercolour on arches paper
(we wandered across this more than 100 year old carousel while painting Arles, and worked out an ongoing series in which different animal rides were made centre focus: chickens elephants horses lions tigers giraffes – oh to be a kid again; the carousel arc in this particular painting has both horses and lions merrily going round…)
