always interested in comments so reposting with comments after the initial post;
looking back, started this painting over a year ago; having worked a simpler flow of colours
put it up in the studio as an idea that needed to be more intimate with which comes from seeing it constantly over the course of the day and eventually i understood a path forward here.

Joanna Turlej thanks Joanna, you are right. a week later and would have oodles of bare branches to see thru n would have deprived myself of the chance to go nuts painting ‘all dem leaves’……
