my way of seeing
adding a comment here on one aspect of understand my work which i rarely ever talk to anyone about, and given what those viewing my work talk to me about, i feel that what i present in paintings as paintings, that my view, is just one view of as many ways to view it as there are viewers.
new winter light pieces in which the one on the left shows a more recent move to include a visible horizon line in the work while the other on the right continues my up to now preference of treating most ideas / winter, and water and …. as abstract works as flow patterns of light as moment in time colour patterns across a non stop moving day as abstract sun scribbles of movingness of daylight as water rhythms patterning a deep descent amid coloured leaves floating by and all these and more display my intent in presenting natural patterns as subjects i find in nature to be at least enjoyed for themselves.
