3 sisters / pines
up lake huron sauble beach red bay pikes bay all resplendent with pines towering high enough to give seagulls nose/beak bleed….does one get beak / nose bleed from reaching great heights? feels like it ought to…..my difficulty is the very thing that drew me to them in the first place: their height. hard to get back far enough to see if the top branches are enjoying the freedom that the lower ones no longer have. given their swaying in the breezes, easy to decide they were letting the winds bend-stretch them as far as they could reach out.
