autumn on the pond at OSA Exhibition
– fortunately spent a couple of days wandering around the october colours – yellows, golds, bronzes not to mention tamaracks needles changing to a deep yellow and around the instant ponds left from the rains; pure moments in time till the ground water recedes and absorbs the excess; slept overnight in the truck tucked in off a back road by a small lake;
– unfortunately came back exhausted and crashed and missed the OSA opening:

“This work is one of a series of work playing off the game Tic Tac Toe. Embedded in the iconography of the image are layered references to Medieval Christian Symbolism, ‘hugs and kisses’, and in the simplest form, children’s games. The mathematical combinations of win, lose, and draw provides in excess of 19,600 graphic variations to the composition of the work.”
