looking back, without really planning it, i’ve wandered and painted many of the bends and twists of the black river as and where it shows itself on its float southward including this study in which fall yellows are sunlit to show to be even more yellow than yellow along the black river running south under hwy 118 which i left with Erin at Petroff Gallery earlier today
